The District Grants Office provides grant development, management, compliance, and administrative services to Coastline Community College, Golden West College, Orange Coast College, and the District Office.

Grant Development

  • Funding opportunity research
  • Collaboration with faculty and staff in writing proposals
  • Interpretation of guidelines for grant proposals
  • Budget formulation and program planning
  • Proposal submission

Grant Management

  • Project Director orientation, advisement, and assistance
  • Grant subcontract development and review


  • Assistance with preparation for and response to recommendations resulting from site visits and/or audits

Administrative Services

  • Processing of grant face sheets and contracts
  • Preparation and submission of grant items for Board approval
  • Fiscal team coordination
